The bar<\/strong>, located on the ground floor, serves food non-stop from 11:30\u202fam to 11\u202fpm, either at the counter or at high bistro-style tables. Perfect for a quick lunch, a gourmet break, a drink with friends, or a dinner for two.<\/p>\n

The Grill,<\/strong> upstairs, is the ideal setting for business dinners, special occasions or family meals. The d\u00e9cor is elegant and refined, with a typical New York vibe: exposed brick and beams, natural materials, and contemporary art.<\/p>\n

The terrace<\/strong>, upstairs evolves with the seasons: bright and flowery in summer, it transforms into a cosy cocoon in winter.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n

In 2015, Chef Philippe Chevrier fulfilled a dream he had nurtured since his first trip to New York in 1984: opening a steakhouse in Geneva. He envisioned a vibrant, bustling space where architecture and gastronomy would meet. His vision came to life with the opening of Chez Philippe, <\/em>a striking bar-grill, open seven days a week, designed in the style of a contemporary loft.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In just ten years, Chez Philippe<\/em> has established itself as one of Geneva\u2019s must-visit destinations<\/strong>. A steakhouse in the true New York grill tradition<\/strong>, it draws a clientele that appreciates fine cuisine, warm hospitality, and inventive dining experiences.<\/p>\n

The grill menu is a celebration of exceptional meats. <\/strong>The chefs carefully select the finest suppliers and ingredients, from Kobe beef from Japan to Irish lamb, Swiss pork, and French poultry.<\/p>\n

The first-rate meats<\/strong> come from La Grande Boucherie du Molard<\/a>, a Geneva institution. They are prepared by a master butcher and grilled over beechwood charcoal, a healthy method of cooking that preserves all the flavours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The menu also includes fresh fish, creative vegetarian dishes, crisp salads, and a tempting array of homemade desserts.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
